Linda Civallero
MPH
Linda Civallero, MPH, is a native Houstonian with a lifelong commitment to improving health and expanding access to care in her community. She serves as executive director of community engagement at the University of Houston Fertitta College of Medicine, where she builds and sustains relationships with community partners and facilitates collaborative projects in the Third Ward and East End neighborhoods.
Before joining the University of Houston, Ms. Civallero spent 18 years at MD Anderson Cancer Center, managing and directing federally funded cancer prevention initiatives. Her experience includes grant development, project planning and implementation, and community engagement.
Ms. Civallero earned a master of public health from UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and a bachelor of arts in sociology and biology from Trinity University.
