About the event

The BOUNCE Nutrition Ambassador Program, offered in partnership with UT and the Hispanic Health Coalition, provides participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience to support healthier eating habits for the whole family.

This interactive workshop includes a live cooking demonstration, nutritious recipe ideas, food tastings, and simple strategies for preparing balanced, affordable meals. Participants will learn how to make informed food choices, incorporate healthy ingredients into everyday cooking, and build sustainable habits that promote long-term wellness. Whether you're looking for new meal ideas or ways to improve your family's nutrition, this program offers practical tools and resources you can use at home.
