About the event

The Latino Health Summit brings together health care professionals, community leaders, educators, policymakers, researchers, students and advocates to explore innovative strategies, share best practices and foster meaningful collaborations that address the unique health challenges facing the Latino population in Houston.

This year's Summit will focus on the vital connection between cardiometabolic and mental health, highlighting innovative strategies, community partnerships, and culturally responsive approaches that empower Latino individuals and families to live healthier lives.

Virtual attendance will not be available, as this conference will be held in person.

Is there a cost to attend?

There is no cost to attend; however, registration is required. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your spot!

What are the requirements for submitting a research abstract?

Research abstracts should present original work related to Latino health, public health, healthcare, or health equity. Submission guidelines, formatting requirements, eligibility, and important deadlines are published during the annual call for abstracts.
