The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in collaboration with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is developing a study to improve the use of cancer prevention services, increase early detection and treatment of cancer, and increase patient satisfaction among the Hispanic population. Participation in this project will ask that you answer at least 2 cancer screening assessments, so that we may learn about your views on cancer and cancer screening.
To participate in this program you must be Hispanic, live in Harris County and have Medicare A & B. If you are interested in becoming a part of this study or have any further questions, please contact the Department of Health Disparities Research at 713-563-2742.
